Jack Dooling has lived in the Town of DeWitt for 42 years. He worked at Crouse-Hinds for 37 years as a purchasing agent , managing purchases of machinery, goods and services for various corporate divisions. His retirement career includes volunteer work at Vera House and Loretto. At Vera House he has obtained significant savings for trash removal contracts and reduced parking garage fees downtown. Jack serves on the Town Engineering Committee, where he improved the bidding process by addition of firm price clause, reply date and site visits. He assisted Ed Michalenko with initial trash contract specs and bid. As a Franklin Park volunteer, worked to improve drainage in Washburn/Greentree area. He lives in East Syracuse with his wife, Pam. |
